Hi, I'm Mudi
I'm a software engineer based in Ilorin, Nigeria. I build for the web with React, TypeScript and Node.js, and I love turning ideas into things people can actually use.
My path into tech wasn't a straight line. I studied Microbiology at LAUTECH, then fell in love with building software and trained as a developer through ALX Africa. Since then, I haven't stopped building. SpareIQ helps Nigerians find car spare parts using AI. VeriRx lets anyone verify if a drug batch is genuine. Voicee lets people record and share their voice online. Each one started the same way: a real problem I noticed around me.
I love people, I love creating, and I love trying things out. ShopPilot brings all three together.
Why ShopPilot
The problem I saw around me
Around me in Ilorin, I see traders doing great business and still losing track of their money. Sales go into exercise books that get lost. Debts live in memory until they're forgotten. The bookkeeping apps out there expect a laptop and time to learn software. What every trader already has is WhatsApp. So I built ShopPilot to live right there, where they already spend their day.
