Notebooks get lost. Memory fails. Money leaks.

Most traders keep records in exercise books or in their heads. At the end of the month, nobody knows the real profit, and debts quietly disappear. ShopPilot fixes that without changing how you already work.

Text your sale or expense

Type it the way you talk, like “bought fuel 5000” or “sold 2 shoes 30000”.

2

Confirm with one tap

ShopPilot reads your message and shows you what it understood before saving.

3

Get your summary at 9pm

Every night, see what you sold, what you spent, and what you made.

Questions traders ask

What exactly is ShopPilot?
A bookkeeping assistant that lives inside WhatsApp. You tell it what you sold, what you spent and who owes you, and it keeps the records for you, adds everything up and sends you a summary every night.
Who is it for?
Anyone who sells: shop owners, market traders, food vendors, online sellers, and service businesses like tilers, tailors or solar installers. If you buy, sell and want to know your real profit, ShopPilot is for you.
Can ShopPilot help me advertise or sell my products?
No. ShopPilot doesn't market, advertise or find customers for you. It keeps your sales, expenses and debts in order so you always know where your money is going.
How do I start?
Tap Start on WhatsApp, send the message, then tell ShopPilot your business name and what you sell. It takes less than a minute. Tip: pin the ShopPilot chat so it's always at the top of your WhatsApp.
What can I send it?
Talk to it the way you talk to a person, by text or voice note, in English or Pidgin. For example:sold 3 bags of rice for 45kbought fuel 5000Musa owes me 8k for 2 tins of oilMusa paid 2000summarythis weekdebtspdf
What if I make a mistake?
Nothing is saved until you tap Confirm. If something is already saved, just say what to fix, like “change the beans one to 3000” or “cancel last entry”, and ShopPilot shows you the change before applying it.
Is it free?
Yes, ShopPilot is free to start. If we introduce paid plans later, you'll hear about it clearly in the chat first.
Who can see my records?
Only you. Your records are encrypted, never sold, and never shared with banks, lenders or advertisers.
